8"Official Holly Arboretum"

The Holly Society of America honored the Clark - Landsbaum Deming Park Holly Arboretum with the distinction of being an Official Holly Arboretum. There are only twenty-one holly gardens in the world with this distinction.

8Outstanding Urban Forestry Project

The Indiana Urban Forest Council honored the Arboretum with the Outstanding Urban Forestry Project Award in 1999.

8Terre Haute's Arbor Day Tree 2002

TREES Inc. gifted the Arboretum with this honor during the city's 2002 Arbor Day Celebration, designating the holly as the 2002 Arbor Day Tree.
