Friends of the Arboretum Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) organization composed of volunteers that guide the growth and development of the arboretum. They work in partnership with the Terre Haute Parks Department.

The Clark - Landsbaum Deming Park Holly Arboretum is located on public grounds and raises its own funds for care and development. Most arboretum are privately endowed and located on private property or institutional grounds. The arrangement has created a very unique arboretum. It is open to everyone free of charge.
